- Apply & Verify: Complete a short form with your background information and details about what you're looking for. We'll need to send one discreet email to your work email address for verification; personal email can be used for all communications after that.
- Get Admitted: Candidates will be notified of their admission status based on verification.
- Browse openings: Search by region, practice area, and location; see match scores for fit.
- You Make the First Move: Express interest to reveal yourself to the search firm; the firm can opt‑in to make a connection.
For Search Firms and Recruiters
- Apply: Tell us about your firm, URL, BigLaw clients, number of placements, target practice areas and locations.
- Get Admitted: Recruiters are notified of their admission status based on verification.
- Post Openings: Tell us about the roles you're looking to fill - they will only be shown to verified Vault Select candidates, and are not distributed outside of the platform.
- Match & Engage: See match scores as candidates browse, and receive lead notifications when a candidate expresses interest.
